# Settings

> Set up your account, connect your AI apps, and run your team's plan, members and credits.

Settings has two halves. **Account** is yours alone: your profile, how Rasu AI looks, the models you generate with and the AI apps you've connected. **Team** is shared with everyone on it: the plan, the wallet, the members and where the credits went.

### Account

## Profile

Your name as your team sees it. Your email and the teams you belong to are shown here but can't be changed.

1. Open **Settings** and choose **Account**.
2. Select **Name** and type the name your team should see. It saves on its own.

* **Name** is the only row you can change here.
* **Email** is the address you sign in with. It is shown but locked.
* **Teams** counts the teams you belong to.

## Appearance

How Rasu AI looks on this account: theme, text size, language and motion. Reset to defaults puts every choice back.

1. On **Account**, find **Appearance**.
2. Pick a value in any row. The change shows straight away.
3. To undo everything at once, choose **Reset to defaults** in the card's head and confirm.

* **Theme** follows your device when set to **System**, or stays the one you pick.
* **Text size** makes the whole studio larger or smaller on this device.
* **Language** appears only when more than one language is offered.
* **Reduced motion** turns down animation across the studio.

## Sign-in

Change your password, or set one on a Google-only account, and see every device that's signed in. End a session to sign that device out.

1. On **Account**, find **Sign-in**.
2. Choose **Change password** in the card's head to set a new one. A Google-only account shows **Set password** instead and does not ask for a current password.
3. To sign a device out, choose **End session** on its row. The device you're using is marked **This device**.

Each row names the device and when it was last seen. The count in the head drops as you end sessions.

### Model defaults

## Image

The image model and settings used whenever a board, a shot or an agent doesn't choose its own.

1. Open **Settings** and choose **Model defaults**.
2. In **Image**, pick a **Model**, then the rows that model offers.
3. Leave **Aspect** on **Inherit** to follow the shape of the project or sequence you're in. The row says what that resolves to right now.

If a new model can't keep a setting you chose, a line under **Model** says which ones were dropped.

## Video

The video model and settings used whenever a board, a shot or an agent doesn't choose its own.

1. On **Model defaults**, find **Video**.
2. Pick a **Model** and its settings, the same way as for **Image**.

These defaults hold no length. A shot sets its own duration. Aspect applies only when there's no project or sequence shape to follow.

## Agents

Choose whether a connected agent like Claude checks the cost with you before it generates. A change applies the next time the agent connects.

1. On **Model defaults**, find **Agents**.
2. Turn **Generate without asking** on or off.

* **Off**: a connected agent like Claude tells you what each generation will cost and waits for your yes.
* **On**: the agent starts generating right away, without checking the cost with you first.

The change applies the next time the agent connects.

### MCP & keys

## Connect an agent

Everything an AI app like Claude needs to work in your Rasu AI. Copy the prompt or the server details into the app you use.

1. Open **Settings** and choose **MCP & keys**.
2. In **Connect an agent**, pick the app you use, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, and follow its steps.
3. Copy the prompt or the **Server name** and **Endpoint** into that app.
4. Approve the connection once in your browser. The app never holds your password.

## Connected clients

Every AI app you've connected, the teams it can reach and when it was last used. Disconnect one to take its access away.

1. On **MCP & keys**, find **Connected clients**. The count in the head shows how many are live out of all of them.
2. To let an app work in another team, choose **Add team** in its **Teams** column. Remove a team the same way.
3. To take an app's access away, choose **Disconnect** on its row.

* **Client** is the app, and **Device** is where it runs.
* **Connected** and **Last used** say when it was approved and when it last did something.
* **Status** is **Connected** or **Expired**.

Removing the only team an app can reach disconnects it. Connecting again takes one approval in the browser.

## API keys

A key lets an app work in one of your teams as you, for places where it can't sign in through a browser. Make a new key for each place you use one.

1. On **MCP & keys**, find **API keys**.
2. Choose **New key** and give it a name you'll recognise, such as the machine it runs on.
3. Copy the key straight away. It is shown only once.

Each key acts as you in one team, with the same access you have there. Use one only where an app can't sign in through a browser.

## Key

One key's name, ID and when it was made. Rename it so you remember where it's used, or revoke it to turn it off.

1. Select a key in **API keys** to open its details.
2. Select **Name** to rename it.
3. Choose **Copy key ID** to copy the ID, not the secret.
4. To turn the key off, choose **Revoke** from the panel's menu and confirm. Anything using it loses access at once.

The secret isn't stored. If you lose it, revoke the key and make a new one.

### Overview

## Team

Your team's name and who leads it. The lead manages the plan and billing.

1. Open **Settings** and choose **Overview** under your team.
2. Select **Name** to rename the team.

**Lead** names the person who manages the plan and billing.

## Plan

What your team pays for: the plan, its price per seat, how many seats you use and when it renews.

1. On **Overview**, find **Plan**.
2. Choose **Change plan** to pick a different plan or number of seats. Nothing is charged until checkout completes.
3. The team lead can choose **Manage subscription** to open the subscription with the payment provider.

* **Price** is what each seat costs.
* **Seats** shows how many seats are occupied out of how many the team has.
* **Paid seats** is how many you pay for, and what they cost a month.
* **Renews** is the next billing date.

A team of one pays nothing and shows **No subscription**. Inviting a second person starts billing.

## Wallet

The credits your team has left and how many it spent this week. Every generation draws from here.

1. On **Overview**, find **Wallet**.
2. Choose **Top up** in the card's head to buy more credits.

* **Balance** is the credits your team has left.
* **Spent this week** is what the team has used this week.

## Redeem credit code

Have a code for free credits? Enter it here and the credits go straight into your team's wallet.

1. On **Overview**, find **Redeem credit code**.
2. Type the code into **Credit code** and choose **Redeem**.

A line under the field says how many credits were added, or why the code couldn't be used.

## Invoices

Every invoice your team has been sent, newest first. Select one to see its details or download it.

1. On **Overview**, scroll to **Invoices**.
2. Select an invoice to open its details.

A team without a subscription has no invoices. The first one appears after the first payment.

## Invoice

One invoice's date, seats, amount and status. Download it for your records.

1. Select an invoice in **Invoices**.
2. Choose **Download invoice** to save a copy.

The panel shows the invoice's **Date**, **Seats**, **Amount** and **Status**.

### Members

## Member

Who this person is on your team: their email, their role, when they joined and when they were last active.

1. Open **Settings** and choose **Members** under your team.
2. Select a person to open their details.
3. Pick a new **Role** to change what they can do. The owner's role can't be edited here.

The panel also shows **Name**, **Email**, **Joined** and **Last active**. The **Access** tab lists what their role allows.

## Who

The email of the person you're inviting and the role they'll have when they join.

1. On **Members**, choose **Invite member**.
2. Type their **Email** and pick a **Role**.
3. Press Return or choose **Send invitation**. They get an email with a link to join.

## Seat

Each new member takes a seat. The invitation expires after 14 days if nobody accepts it.

Below **Who**, **Seat** shows what the invite will change before you send it.

* **Expires** is when the invitation stops working, 14 days after you send it.
* **Seats after this** counts active members plus invites still waiting.

### Usage

## Charge

How many credits this charge cost, whether it went through and when it happened.

1. Open **Settings** and choose **Usage** under your team.
2. Narrow the list with the time range and the **Member**, **Project** and **Operation** filters.
3. Select an entry to open its details.

* **Credits** is what the entry cost or returned.
* **Status** is **Settled**, **Pending** or **Reserved**. A reserved amount is held while the job runs, then settles at the real cost or comes back in full if the job fails.
* **When** is the time it happened.

## Attribution

Who spent the credits and on what: the member, the project and the kind of work.

Under **Charge**, **Attribution** says where the credits went.

* **Member** started the work, in **Project**.
* **Operation** is the kind of work, and **Resource** is what it made.
* **Job** is the generation that charged it.

Entries brought over from the previous app may have no job to trace.

## By operation

Credits spent across the time range and filters you chose, split by the kind of work they paid for.

1. Select an entry, then choose **Breakdown** in the toolbar.
2. Read the totals, largest first. They cover everything the current time range and filters show.

## By member

Credits spent across the time range and filters you chose, split by the person who spent them.

Below **By operation**, the same credits are totalled per person, largest first.

### Projects

## Project

Who owns this project. Open it to go straight to its work.

1. Open your team's projects list and select a project.
2. Read **Owner** to see who it belongs to.
3. Choose **Open project** to go to its work, or use the menu to archive or restore it.

Turn on **Archived** in the list to see archived projects too.

## In the previous app

Projects your team made in the previous version of the app. They're listed here so you can still find them.

If your team still has projects in the previous version of the app, they're listed below the table. Each row shows the title, type, shape and status. Select one to open it in the previous app.
